Your role as
Team Lead Partner Channel Sales
You want to give your career a boost and take a big leap up the ladder? Then we’ve got something for you.
You’ll lead the Partner Channel Sales team and take full responsibility for the entire process – from partner onboarding to partner development to performance tracking and scaling.
We’re growing rapidly. Scaling processes and onboarding new Hubdrivers will be a major part of your daily responsibilities.
Deutsche Telekom, Microsoft, Ernst & Young and many smaller partners in 36 countries are excited to win and implement customers with you. Which partner would you like to meet first?
This is how we work
- Your team acquires new partners for the Hubdrive ecosystem. Interested partners come through partner marketing.
- Together with the partners, you develop business plans, set goals and define strategic milestones.
- You make sure partners complete all necessary training and certifications to use our software effectively.
- In Microsoft Teams, you passionately present our innovative software solution online to partners and their customers in the region you support (DACH, Europe or North America).
- We have many unique selling points – and of course you don’t keep them to yourselves. We call that easy-selling.
- Afterward, you answer any questions that come up and actively support the partner in winning the customer for Hubdrive. Sometimes you’re a moderator and sometimes an expert.
- You regularly analyze partner performance using KPIs and develop optimization ideas together.
- You represent Hubdrive at trade shows and industry events and continuously expand the partner network.
- We’re growing rapidly. In direct coordination with the CEO, you optimize partner sales processes and regularly hire additional partner managers.
- That completes the picture.
You have experience as a Team Lead Partner Channel Sales
- You have many years of experience in fully managing employees. We need your expertise – we can’t make compromises here.
- You have several years of professional experience in partner channel sales.
- Alternatively, you’ve gained experience in alliance management, business development or key account management.
- You’re excited about systematically scaling business cases.
- In any case, you need eloquence, confidence and polished manners – your conversation partners are seasoned professionals.
- Your German and English should be on point.
